Why lockdown is so important!

Even though it was one of the most courageous and admirable decisions led by the Government of India and the decision of lockdown was important but we can’t deny the fact that the decision of lockdown is gonna hurt alot of people,businesses and families. 22% of the Indian population lives below the poverty line so for them it is impossible to hoard essential items in their homes as they work everybody to feed themselves and India being the second most populated country, it’s going be difficult for the state govt to disturbute the essential items to the all the people below the poverty line or poor people in general.

Pm Modi announced lockdown 1,2,3 in which will be effective from 24th March till 16th may.
Although it was obvious to everyone that lockdown will be extended, because health experts and many states had already gave their opinion to extend the lockdown. It was just a matter of time till the formal announcement was made by the government.

Problem faced during lockdown.

As the state borders are sealed, it’s going to be difficult for supplies of food, milk etc to move around and because of the lack of communication between the officials, there is alot of confusion as to which goods are allowed to pass through from one state to another. The stocked up supplies are also eradicating from the stores. The fruits and vegetables prices are also getting high due to less supply and more demand which again is affecting the poor the worst.

Middle class section of construction workers etc. who have now no work and no job security are going to get affected too in the short span of the lockdown. Local businesses are shut down due to that there is no income for them.

We can face many problems but they will be safe so jaan hai to jahaan hai. They can get all things again but life never can get again. Enjoy lockdown time with family and keep smile it is time to spend with family you know such that opportunity you get hardly. You had chance to make your 49 days memorable. And now Two more weeks Don’t look back and forward just enjoy and stay safe.

Information about Covid19

Coronaviruses are a group of related viruses that cause diseases in mammals and birds. In humans, coronaviruses cause respiratory tract infections that can range from mild to lethal. Mild illnesses include some cases of the common cold (which has other possible causes, predominantly rhinoviruses), while more lethal varieties can cause SARS, MERS, and COVID-19. Symptoms in other species vary: in chickens, they cause an upper respiratory tract disease, while in cows and pigs they cause diarrhea. There are yet to be vaccines or antiviral drugs to prevent or treat human coronavirus infections.

How it spread-

Coronavirus disease spreads primarily through contact with an infected person when they cough or sneeze. It also spreads when a person touches a surface or object that has the virus on it, then touches their eyes, nose, or mouth.

Symptoms and precautions-

People may be sick with the virus for 1 to 14 days before developing symptoms. The most common symptoms of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) are fever, tiredness, and dry cough. Most people (about 80%) recover from the disease without needing special treatment.
More rarely, the disease can be serious and even fatal. Older people, and people with other medical conditions (such as asthma, diabetes, or heart disease), may be more vulnerable to becoming severely ill.

There’s currently no vaccine to prevent coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
You can protect yourself and help prevent spreading the virus to others if you:

Precautions-

• Do Wash your hands regularly for 20 seconds, with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub.
• Cover your nose and mouth with a disposable tissue or flexed elbow when you cough or sneeze.
• Avoid close contact (1 meter or 3 feet) with people who are unwell.
• Stay home and self-isolate from others in the household if you feel unwell.
• Don’t Touch your eyes, nose, or mouth if your hands are not clean.
